The seller will review and approve or deny the request within 10 business days.
If the seller approves the request, they will provide instructions for returning the item.
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, the seller will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Clearance or final sale items.
