1. Seller-Centric Cancellation Policy

Sellers on KadoSouk set their own cancellation policies. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review the seller’s cancellation terms before placing an order.

• Most sellers allow cancellations before the order has been shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Buyers must refer to the seller’s return policy for further instructions.

• Some items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, buyers must:

1. Submit a cancellation request through their KadoSouk account as soon as possible.

2. Include the order number and reason for the cancellation.

3. The seller will review the request and approve or deny it based on their stated policy.

4. If the seller approves the cancellation and the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Cancelable Items

The following items are generally non-cancelable, unless otherwise stated by the seller:

• Custom-made or personalized items once production has begun.

• Downloadable digital products once the download process has started.

4. Changes to Orders

If buyers need to make changes to their order instead of canceling it, they must contact the seller through the KadoSouk platform as soon as possible. Sellers will do their best to accommodate changes, but modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds for canceled orders will be managed by the seller in accordance with their cancellation policy. Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

6. Changes to Cancellation Policy

KadoSouk reserves the right to update marketplace standards for seller cancellation policies. Sellers may also modify their individual cancellation policies at any time. Changes to individual seller policies will take effect immediately upon updating the product page.
